Cebridge Connections is well on its way to becoming a Top-10 US cable operator serving more than 1.3 million customers across hundred of communities in more than 15 states. Our company is led by a highly qualified senior management team, most of whom have 20-plus years experience in the industry.
Today, we offer a variety of services that include basic cable, digital cable, and high-speed Internet access. We also offer home security, high-definition TV, and cable telephone service in an expanding list of markets. And as quickly as resources allow, we are committed to rolling out new services that unlock new opportunities for our customers---in the home, workplace, and community.
Cebridge was established in 2003, after taking over the operations of Classic Cable and later, Kingwood Cable. Since then, we have assumed responsibility for cable systems previously owned by Alliance, Tele-Media, Thompson, and USA Media. Along the way, our team has invested millions of dollars to upgrade facilities and launch advanced services.
With the announced acquisition of cable systems from Cox and Charter, we will dramatically expand our resources and capabilities.
If you are a Cox or Charter customer served by one of the systems we are acquiring... please know we will do everything in our power to make this transition as seamless as possible. We will maintain your current levels of service and look for every opportunity to add new services. And unless we inform you otherwise, you don't need to change a thing: You can keep calling the same number you have called in the past when you want to add services, get a problem fixed, or ask questions.
